Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Tooling Technician & Industrial MaintenanceLocation: Auburn, INPay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hourShifts: 2nd and 3rd Shift AvailableJoin our team as a Tooling Technician or Industrial Maintenance Technician. You'll work closely with tooling personnel to maintain high-quality standards. This role requires precision, safety, and efficiency.In Industrial Maintenance, you'll focus on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing PLCs and other automated equipment, involving both electrical and mechanical tasks.Key Responsibilities:Tool Use: Utilize hand tools, wrenches, hammers, tube benders, air tools, and related accessories effectively.Maintenance and Repair: Assist in the repair and maintenance of tooling and equipment, collaborating with other team members as needed.Measurement: Use micrometers, depth micrometers, and calipers to ensure precision.Quality Assurance: Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in performing, checking, and documenting work processes.Safety and Efficiency: Maintain a safe working environment with good housekeeping practices and adhere to safety protocols.Instruction Interpretation: Read and understand work instructions, cooling diagrams, and assembly prints, remembering assembly and disassembly procedures.Tool Supply: Supply your own hand tools as required.Other Duties: Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications:Proven experience with a variety of hand tools, air tools, and measurement instruments.Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including assembly prints and diagrams.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under supervision.Demonstrated commitment to safety and efficient work practices.Must supply personal hand tools.Why Join Us:Competitive pay rate ($28.00 - $30.00 per hour).Opportunities for advancement within a growing company.Supportive work environment focused on safety and qualityJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Evening shiftMonday to FridayNight shiftWeekends as needed
