We are committed to delivering innovative and reliable solutions that help our clients achieve their goals.Job SummaryAs a Turbine Millwright, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing industrial turbines, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability. Your expertise in millwright work, including the installation, alignment, and troubleshooting of complex machinery, will be essential in supporting our customers' operations.Key Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on industrial turbines and related equipment- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with turbines, identifying and addressing the root causes- Align and balance turbine components to ensure proper operation- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement maintenance strategies and resolve technical challenges- Document all work performed and maintain detailed records of equipment history- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environmentQualifications- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Turbine Millwright or in a similar industrial maintenance role- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with the installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial turbines and related equipment- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical schematics, manuals, and diagrams- Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment for turbine maintenance- Certification in millwright or industrial maintenance preferred- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skillsWorking ConditionsThis position involves physical, hands-on work in industrial settings. You may be required to work on-site at customer locations, which may include exposure to noise, vibrations, and other potential hazards.
