We are looking for a dedicated Assembler to join our team in Vidalia, GA. This role involves working on multiple assembly lines and adapting to various positions within our HVAC unit production.Responsibilities:Coil Slab Assembly: Assemble coils directly into metal slabs.Lacing Tasks: Perform precise lacing tasks.Manual Melting Line: Work efficiently on the manual melting line.Tool Usage: Utilize screw guns, mallets, and other tools.Flexible Movement: Move throughout the assembly line as needed.Training: Receive comprehensive training on various job functions.Essential Skills:Tool Proficiency: Experience with hand tools and power tools.General Labor: General labor and packaging skills.Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to different positions.Learning: Willingness to learn new skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Attire: Must wear steel-toed boots, jeans or work pants, and a T-shirt or long sleeve shirt.Education: No high school diploma required.Physical Exam: Pass a physical exam including a lift test.Why Join Us?Competitive Pay: Earn up to $18/hr.Growth Opportunities: Contract to Hire position with potential for long-term employment.Supportive Environment: Work in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.Position: Assembler for HVAC UnitsLocation: Vidalia, GeorgiaPay: Up to $18/hrType: Contract to HireApply Immediately!Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.50/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
