Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition: PeopleSoft HCM Business AnalystDuration: 6 MonthsLocation: Minnesota (Remote Work)The resource under this engagement will gather, analyze, and document the requirements for the implementation and integration of the new Remote Worker functionality. The resource will also perform configuration and other related work for the implementation itself. Existing customizations, integrations, and design changes will need to be evaluated when implementing this new functionality.Sample Tasks:Provide requirements, business process design, and functional specifications for the relevant PeopleSoft HCM modules, including driving all Business Analysis related project tasks, objectives, and milestonesAssist with setup of Remote Worker activity guide with required data elementsAssist with setup of approval workflow managementGuide and direct functionality decisions related to the MMB business processesTrack, escalate, and document project risks, issues, decisions, and changes to scopeProvide input and research into project recommendations and decisionsPerform security analysis, configuration, setup, and documentation, especially as it relates to PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM related functionalityAssist with technical and functional changes pertaining to the project-related approvalsHelp guide test preparation including test scenario and test script review and creationHelp guide interface review and analysis and create documentation on recommendationsAssist Dev, QA, and functional teams in various test cyclesCreate, document, and track issues and resolutionCreate input for communication and change managementProvide detailed analysis and input for training materialsProvide input and review of complex system modificationsComplete functional specification documentation per standardsReview and analyze PeopleSoft security roles and permissions and document any changes and/or recommendationsReview and analyze PeopleSoft batch process schedule and dependencies using AppWorx or another batch scheduling tool and document any changes and/or recommendationsReview and analyze PeopleSoft workflow and document any changes and/or recommendationsAssist with ensuring that the implemented functionality meets accessibility requirementsProvide knowledge transfer to State staffPerform other related duties as assignedQualifications:Experience in PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) business/system analyst roles.Experience implementing and supporting the Remote Worker feature in HCM Self-Service.Experience implementing and supporting PeopleSoft delivered Approvals and Notifications Framework.Experience with the implementation of new fluid functionality in PeopleSoft HCM such as Gender Identity and/or Fluid Job and Position Management; and in management of form updates.Experience with PeopleSoft v9.2 project(s) deployed on People Tools 8.58 or higher in a public sector environment (Federal, State, County, City, or Municipality government, or Higher Education).Experience supporting Fluid User Interface / Branding.Experience supporting PeopleSoft Interaction Hub (Portal).Experience in full lifecycle upgrades/implementations of PeopleSoft 9.2 PUM Image 41 or higher in a public sector environment (Federal, State, County, City, or Municipality government, or Higher Education).Experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 (Level AA) and Section 508 (Subparts A-D) in a public sector environment (Federal, State, County, City, or Municipality government, or Higher Education).
