The ability to wear multiple hats is critical for this rolePay: $60,000-$80,000+/yearSchedule: Monday-Friday - Full Time - Can be flexibleResponsibilities of the Office Administrator:Manage all accounting functions (billing, A/R A/P, reconciliations, taxes etc.)Manage company payroll and handling employee timesheetsCoordinate the daily/weekly/monthly schedule and routing for the crewsManage and generate a large amount of company contractsMonitor and control budgets for landscaping projects and optimize resourcesOrder the appropriate materials for the jobsQualifications, Skills and Experience of the Office Administrator:Proven experience in a similar role within a landscaping or similar industry is preferredStrong bookkeeping and accounting backgroundExperience using RealGreen and QuickbooksAbility to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and optimize resourcesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems quickly #3368OSExpress Office: Waltham-Framingham326 Washington Street AnnexSecond FloorWellesley Hills, MA 02481
