You will:Master blueprints and specifications, translating them into tangible, high-quality components.Calculate and execute precise cuts and bores, ensuring adherence to strict tolerances.Leverage your programming expertise on conversational milling machines and lathes to bring designs to life.Shape a variety of critical materials, including steel & aluminumOptimize machining processes by determining feed speeds and selecting the right tools and parts.Strategize and execute the sequence of cutting and finishing operations for optimal results.Skillfully set up and operate drill presses, lathes, and milling machines.Program and command HURCO machines using ProtoTrak software to achieve unparalleled precision in custom part creation.Verify settings through meticulous measurements of positions, first-run parts, and samples.Maintain detailed records of production and quality control actions.Precisely determine and achieve critical fabrication tolerances.What You'll Bring to the Team:A solid foundation of 3-5 years of hands-on machinist experience, ideally complemented by technical, trade, or vocational training.Proven ability to program conversational milling machines or lathes (required).Familiarity with HURCO or other conversational machines.Experience with ProtoTrak Software (desired).The ability to interpret complex electronic blueprints with a strong understanding of fabrication tolerances.A keen eye for detail and the ability to evaluate product quality, making necessary programming adjustments.A resourceful, reliable, and independent work ethic.Ready to Shape Your Future?
