Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Lease Admin Analyst in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. This role primarily focuses on maintaining the integrity of real estate portfolio data for a number of clients. The successful candidate will be expected to handle customer inquiries, process applications, and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities: Uphold the integrity of real estate portfolio data for an assigned portfolio of clients. Input, maintain, and organize information regarding lease dates, dollar values, and financial accounting transactions into a lease management software database. Reconcile accounts receivable/accounts payable transactions to ensure accurate and current lease information is maintained. Assist managers in resolving critical issues for clients by researching and gathering information about payment transactions, lease terms, and other relevant items. Prepare lease abstracts and edit them for accuracy. Process client rent rolls utilizing the database, prepare export files, and send to accounting for payables processing. Prepare invoices for subtenants, reconcile subtenant accounts, review incoming invoices for errors/accuracy with lease document, and ensure correct coding. Run standard reports for management review and ad hoc reports with assistance. Operate with a customer service lens during calls and other interactions. Strong customer service skills are required, with the ability to effectively respond to inquiries and concerns Sales acumen is necessary, with a focus on promoting the company's leasing services Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) activities, including invoice preparation and payment processing Experience in reviewing and maintaining databases for accurate record-keeping Prior supervisory experience, with the ability to manage a team effectively Knowledge in real estate, particularly in commercial real estate and lease administration Demonstrable skills in research analysis and ad hoc reporting to support decision-making Understanding of lease terms and the ability to prepare detailed lease abstracts Ability to manage an assigned portfolio of properties and handle any critical issues that arise Familiarity with rent rolls and correct coding procedures to ensure accurate financial records Proficiency in preparing invoices and reconciling bank accounts Experience in producing standard reports and performing other accounting functions Quality assurance management skills, with the ability to identify and rectify errors in lease administration.
