The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, and other kitchen equipment. Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using manual and automatic cleaning methods- Ensure all dishes are cleaned and sanitized properly- Sort and stack clean dishes and utensils in their proper storage areas- Assist with kitchen cleaning and organization as needed- Follow all safety and sanitation proceduresRequirements:- Previous experience as a dishwasher preferred but not required- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds- Ability to stand for long periods of time- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededIf you are a team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
