Specializing in ground-up construction, DSA schools, modernizations, and renovations across both public and private sectors, this firm is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day jobsite operations. This is a great opportunity for a motivated field leader in the Arvin, CA area looking to join a stable company with a consistent backlog of projects and competitive compensation.ResponsibilitiesSupervise all on-site activities to ensure progress, quality, and safety standards are metEnforce and participate in jobsite safety programs and inspectionsDevelop, update, and manage detailed project schedulesCoordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and ownership groupsReview and interpret plans, specifications, and submittals for field accuracyLead contractor coordination meetings to ensure schedule alignmentMaintain thorough jobsite documentation, including daily reports and field photosManage procurement, deliveries, and resource allocationEnsure punch list completion, testing, and final project turnover are done efficientlyQualificationsMinimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial constructionExperience working on DSA schools, public/private sector renovations, and ground-up buildsStrong knowledge of RFIs, change order management, scheduling, and construction documentationAbility to lead independently with a proactive and detail-oriented mindsetExcellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skillsAdditional InformationMust be authorized to work in the U.S.Equal opportunity employer all qualified applicants are encouraged to applyCompensation + BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceFull benefits package including health, dental, and retirement plansPaid time off and company holidaysOpportunities for growth and advancement within a supportive team environment
