We are a national network of experienced, high-level attorneys and paralegals who provide remote on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for our client law firms. Due to increased demand, we are now searching for a qualified, experienced and dedicated bankruptcy paralegal with strong experience in Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. Remote work hours will range from 10 - 20 hours per week. Responsibilities:Prepare and file Chapter 13 bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and related documentsCommunicate with clients to gather necessary information and documentsPerform means testing and analyze financial documentsAssist with drafting and filing motions, objections, and other court documentsManage deadlines and maintain case calendarsMonitor court dockets and communicate with trustees and court personnelProvide general support to the attorney throughout the case lifecycle We welcome you to join our network of legal professionals.
