Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLooking for Production Technicians located in Baldwin, Wi!DescriptionUsing precise processes and tools to set-up molds in a variety of machines.Print work orders, and view the production scheduleLearn to manage mold cyclesTroubleshooting basic equipment failuresPerform preventive maintenance on the molds.Prepare equipment for upcoming work ordersResponding to machine alarms in a timely mannerReporting any irregularities (such as high scrap rates) to the Team Lead or Lead TechSchedule:12-hour day and night shifts (7:00pm - 7:30am or 7:00am - 7:30pm)This position has a 2-2-3 schedule; 2 days working, 2 days off, 3 days working. Work 3 days one week and 4 days next week - have every other weekend off.Skillsoperation, assembly, assembly operatio, general production, clean room, clean room assembler, medical assembler, operator, machine operator, clean room operator, injection mold, injection mold operator, medical assemblyAdditional Skills & Qualifications- 2+ years of experience operating injection mold machines- 1+ year of machine troubleshooting/PM work- 1+ year of injection mold setup, setting molds in machines, running first articlesPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.25 - $27.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
