The title may change depending on previous Agricultural/Commercial Lending experience.Responsibilities:Analyze credit history of new and existing agricultural and commercial loan applications and determine the applicants' eligibility using bank approved underwriting guidelines.Ensure proper securitization of loan packages through the completion of all required loan documents.Enjoy being involved in the community and cultivate an active call program within Marion County.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics or equivalent experienceCredit analysis and loan documentation experience preferred.Schedule:Regular shift is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.Saturday rotation from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.Compensation:Pay range and Title: Will be based on previous commercial and agricultural lending experience.Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance.Employer-paid Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability.401K with Employer Match.15+ days of PTO per year.Family Leave Plan.Over 11 Paid Holidays.Employer-paid Identity Theft Insurance.Aflac Insurance.Flexible Spending Accounts.Peoples Bank Stock Purchase Plan.Free personal checking accounts and safety deposit box.Peoples Bank is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
