Duties:Create electrical drawings, advance bills of material, and other engineering documents for projects as assigned, based on project documents and standardsMake job site visits to get field information, as assignedWork on projects at the direction of the Operations Engineer and/or VP of EngineeringAssist Sales and Estimating as needed with design plansWork with Engineers and technicians to solve problems when errors are made in the drafting room and in the shopAssist Project ManagersResponsible for maintaining all documentation pertaining to the electrical drawing of their projects and saving the documents in the Engineering job folderWork with Senior Automation Technicians and Engineers to develop electrical schematicsOther duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredPreferred enrollment in a two or four-year accredited design and drafting program.Strong organizational, attention for detail, verbal, interpersonal, and time-management skillsPreferred proficient in AutoCAD, Visio, or other CAD softwareProficient in Microsoft excel Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
