We do it in a genuine way because we genuinely believe were a pretty amazing company.What We Are Looking ForWere now hiring a Mid Shift Packaging Machine Operator to operate and maintain packaging machine and scale equipment and bag product into required finished products. If you have a passion for manufacturing quality product, this position might be for you and you may have just stumbled upon the perfect role!Essential Duties:Inspect all equipment used for sanitation and food safetyOperate packaging machine equipmentSetup equipment (packaging, printers, tapers, etc.) for processing/productionRetrieve needed formers and film/boxes needed for productionReport any problems with materials or equipment to the production supervisorPerform all required testsComplete paperwork as requiredMake sure all employees are logged into shop order and enter production into IFSCommunicate with warehouse, quality control, cooks/other operators in regards to remaining productionComplete orders by following production schedule and direction from supervisionQUALIFICATIONSGood attendance recordExperience or training up to 1 month or moreSelf-motivatedLearning, memorizing, and executing a sequence of proceduresWilling to work well with othersAbility to lift up to 80lbsFirm grasp of manufacturing and quality processBasic computer skillsGood communication skillsAll hires are contingent on a clean background check and a successful drug test (UA), this means that a job offer is not final until both the background check and drug test results are satisfactory to the employer
