We are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented and dependable Deposit Operations Representative to join our Deposit Operations team.Position Summary:The Deposit Operations Representative plays a key role in supporting the banks operational efficiency and ensuring accurate processing of customer transactions. This position is responsible for a variety of back-office deposit-related tasks, including processing stop payments, deposit returns, IRA/HSA servicing, account maintenance, research requests, and providing internal support to branches and departments.Key Responsibilities:Process and monitor daily deposit operations functions including overdrafts, returned items, stop payments, and account adjustments.Perform routine and complex account maintenance with accuracy and attention to detail.Respond to internal inquiries regarding deposit accounts, transactions, and systems.Research and resolve issues related to customer accounts in a timely and professional manner.Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.Assist with documentation, reporting, and quality control reviews as needed.Support the team and department with additional tasks and projects as assigned.Note: These are representative only and are not intended to include all possible assignments to this position or position classification.Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in deposit operations, to include CD processing, IRA/HSA rules and servicing, Insured Cash Sweep/CDARs, Exception Item processing and Legal requests such as Liens, Levies, Writs and Subpoenas.At least 3-5 years experience working in Bank operations. Experience working with Fiserv core systems is preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams and comfort working with banking systems.Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Commitment to delivering exceptional internal service and working collaboratively with colleagues.Education:High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business or related field preferred.FLSA: Non-ExemptTYPE: Full TimeSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (end time may vary depending on department needs).Why Work at Bank of New Hampshire?At Bank of New Hampshire, our work environment is fast-paced and collaborative.
