Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are on the search for a Compensation Manager to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing employee compensation, conducting market analysis, and updating job descriptions based on these analyses. Additionally, you will be expected to manage projects related to compensation and maintain an awareness of market trends. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage compensation structures and updates Conduct detailed market analysis to stay informed about industry trends Use analytical skills to make informed decisions regarding employee compensation Update job descriptions and employee pay structures based on market analysis results Implement and manage bonus programs and budget processes Maintain strong communication with team members and other stakeholders Ensure detailed and organized records are kept regarding all compensation-related matters. Experience in managing HCM (Human Capital Management). Thorough knowledge of HRIS System Deep understanding of Benefit Functions within an organization. Experience in designing and executing Bonus Programs. Familiarity with Budget Processes within a compensation context. Proven ability in Claim Administration. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
