Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRole Description : This is a full-time on-site role as a Construction Coordinator (GC) located in Pageland, SC. The Construction Coordinator (GC) will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing construction projects, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, in addition to hands-on approach. They will work closely with construction team to ensure successful project completion.Qualifications :Project Management, Construction Management, and Blueprint reading skills.Knowledge of construction processes and safety regulationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsTime management and organization skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentExperience in any extra trades is a plus ex. plumbing, electrical etc.Experience :5 - 10 years of experience in commercial and residential construction.General ContractorsExperience in any extra trades is a plus ex. plumbing, electrical etc. (Preferred)
