Were seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team within the manufacturing space. This role is perfect for someone who has strong analytical skills, excels at pulling and interpreting reports, and communicates effectively both internally and externally.Location: West Branch, Iowa Employment Type: Full-Time, 100% on-site and ongoing contract Key Responsibilities:Claims Management: Process, review, and resolve manufacturing claims efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.Vendor Communication: Act as a liaison between our company and external vendors to ensure smooth operations, clear dialogue, and resolution of issues.Data Management: Employ advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis, to compile, analyze, and maintain essential reports.SAP Expertise: Leverage SAP software for inventory tracking, data entry, reporting, and proactive problem-solving.Reporting: Pull, structure, and interpret reports to provide insights that support decision-making processes and operational efficiency.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to drive effective communication across departments and align on business goals.Qualifications:Education & Experience:Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.Minimum 3-5 years of administrative experience, ideally within the manufacturing or supply chain space.Technical Skills:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, macros, pivot tables, and report creation.Hands-on SAP experience in a manufacturing setting is required.Core Competencies:Claims management experience is a mustincluding documentation and resolution.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work and negotiate with vendors.Strong analytical mindset; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.High attention to detail and keen organizational skills.
