Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for reliable individuals to work as Mushroom Pickers. you will be responsible for harvesting mushrooms in a fast-paced environment. The more efficiently and accurately you work, the more you can earn! Requirements:Ability to work in loud environments.Strong work ethic and the ability to stay focused in a busy environment.Must be comfortable with physical labor.Must be able to work in high/elevated areas.Essential Duties:Recognize the right product sizing and implement the correct picking method.Sort into containers and cut the stems to the right length.Pick the top trays using the MPA elevator before picking the bottom trays.Pick in a manner that prevents bed damage, using the picking cart as instructed.Keep aisles and floors free of product and debris.Perform all requirements of sanitation HACCP and GMP standards, including hairnet, beard bet, and personal hygiene policies.Observe and practice safety procedures at all times.Be safety conscious.Correct or notify the supervisor of safety hazards in the event of an accident.
