Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $20.50 - $27.50Reports To: Deputy DirectorTravel Requirements:10%Working Schedule:Day shiftsMonday through FridayWeekendsJob Summary: The Office Coordinator at The Moore Wright Group plays a crucial role in managing administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and providing support to employees. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.Duties/ Responsibilities:Administrative Support:Manage and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, including filing, records management, and document preparation.Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mails, and packages.Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as requested.Serves as backup to executive assistant when needed.Office Operations Coordination:Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems and equipment procurement.Support maintenance activities, including supplies inventory, and liaising with vendors.Collaborate with security coordinator on device inventory and maintenanceCollaborate with facilities and maintenance at all TMWG locations to ensure maintenance and upkeep of space of all locations and properties (Main, Connection Center, Commercial Kitchen, Motel, etc.)Support efforts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as suppliers, clients, and service providers.Communication and Coordination:Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and inquiries.When needed, at the guidance of the deputy director, coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth collaboration and information flow.Serve as primary manager for the website and social media accounts.Required Skills/ Abilities:Proven experience as an office coordinator or in a similar administrative role.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite or Google Suites, and office management software.Knowledge of basic accounting principles.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Bilingual in Spanish a plus.Education and Experience:Associates/College degree; BS/BA in business administration or relevant field is a plus. A combination of education and experience will be considered.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
