Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWinfield Rehab and Nursing is searching for a Full time Physical Therapist Assistant for this facility to provide direct patient care services under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapy Assistant will be responsible for documenting patient treatments, changes in condition and other pertinent information as required.PTA Duties Include:Provides skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist.Responds to requests for service by relaying information and referral to Registered Physical Therapist.Implements and modifies the patients physical therapy plan of treatment with RPT supervisionMeasuring & recording residents motor function, strength and muscle performanceMonitors patient responses to treatments and modifies it during treatment sessions as necessary.Observe residents and write progress reports.Apply today!!!All inquiries will be held confidential
