Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are in search of an professional individual to oversee the banquet operations directly managing Banquet Captains, Banquet Servers, Housemen and Bartenders. Works in collaboration with the Sales team and Executive Chef to ensure success of all events. Manages and oversees client events and relations, manages a collaborative team, and maintains vendor relations.This individual is knowledgeable of the Pines Resort grounds, products and services. They provide consistent service standards, achieving revenue targets, and manages costs ensuring all staff are focused and demonstrate these standards/goals. They must maintain the Pines Resort vision, adhering to our Core Values and must provide the highest level of service to our guests.
