Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join a team in Florence, South Carolina. This role involves overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, and you will be the sole person on-site handling these responsibilities. You will report to the Controller, and your role is crucial for the smooth and profitable management of all human resource-related activities.Responsibilities include: Overseeing the recruitment process, from sourcing potential candidates to onboarding new hires. Managing the benefits programs, ensuring all employees understand and utilize their benefits effectively. Liaising with a third party to submit payroll, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time. Maintaining open lines of communication with all employees, addressing any issues or concerns as they arise. Ensuring the company remains in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Maintaining strong employee relations, fostering a positive work environment for all staff. Managing all aspects of the hiring processes, from job posting to contract signing. Should have substantial knowledge and experience in Benefit Functions 3-5 years of HR experience Understanding of payroll Excellent Communication skills are a must, both verbal and written Should be able to ensure Compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies Must have strong skills in Employee Relations, able to manage and resolve conflicts effectively Must be familiar with and experienced in Hiring Processes, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding
