Today, it thrives as a vibrant community known for its strong arts and music scene, sustainable businesses, and a plethora of outdoor recreational opportunities, including biking, hiking, and fishing.Job Description: The Licensed Occupational Therapist will play a vital role in assisting students with physical, sensory, and cognitive challenges to develop or enhance the skills necessary for daily living and academic success.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' physical, sensory, motor, and cognitive abilities.?Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.?Provide one-on-one or small group therapy sessions focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional daily living skills.Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each student's development.Participate in the creation and updating of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).Provide guidance and support to parents, caregivers, and teachers on strategies to reinforce therapy goals.?Requirements:Bachelors or masters degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.?Current certification from the National Board for the Certification of Occupational Therapists (NBCOT).?State of Colorado Occupational Therapy Registration and Colorado Department of Education Related Service Provider License.?Benefits:Annual salary ranging from $56,809 to $89,509, based on education and years of relevant experience.Full district-paid employee health benefits, including medical, life, voluntary vision, dental, and dependent coverage.?
