We are seeking a skilled Horizontal Bar CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC horizontal boring mills to produce precision components according to engineered specifications. 1st shift: Monday-Thursday: 5:45AM-3:15PM; Friday: 6:45AM-10:45AM2nd shift: Monday-Thursday: 3:30PM-2:00AMAs our CNC Machinist, you willSet up and operate horizontal boring mills to machine metalSelect appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters for each jobPerform tool changes and adjustments to ensure precision machiningEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company proceduresCollaborate with engineers, supervisors, and team members to optimize efficiency and productivityWe are looking for you toHave a technical degree in CNC operation or relevant Understand geometric dimensioning and tolerancing Have experience reading Blueprints and drawings Have experience using a tape measure and be able to convert measurements into decimalsBe able to lift 50 poundsWe offerA four-day work week and shift differential pay for 2nd shift employeesHealth, dental, vision, and life insurance plans available the first of the month following date of hireEligibility in our 401K benefit plan with company match after 30 days of employmentPaid vacation and holidays at hireHealth Savings Account (HSA) plan with employer contributionParticipation in the companys semi-annual discretionary incentive planJob training and advancement opportunitiesOvertime opportunitiesWe are an EOE/AA (M/F/Veteran/Disability/Gender Identity/Sexual Orientation)
