The ideal candidate will have experience working as part of litigation teams (such as in a paralegal or data analyst role) and have a strong language and communications background.Key Responsibilities:Perform testing of various Syllo features, both in development and production environmentsAnalyze customer feedbackPerform both quantitative and qualitative analyses of how different Syllo product features, including AI features, perform across various litigation workflows.Test and review outputs of various AI systemsQualifications:Note: this is a wish list, please do not hesitate to apply if you only have some of these (especially if you come from a less traditional background).
