Job DescriptionJob DescriptionHiring Now! MUTLIPLE POSITIONSWestby, WINight Shift, working 3 to 4 12-hour shifts, 5 pm-5 am, including every other weekend. Day shift working 3 to 4 12-hour shifts, 5 am-5 pm, including every other weekend. $19+/hrKey Responsibilities:- Assist in the processing and packaging of dairy products, such as milk, cheese, yogurt, and butter, following established procedures and recipes.- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and other machinery safely.- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of dairy products.- Conduct quality control checks to monitor the freshness and quality of products during production and before shipment.- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring proper labeling and storage of all dairy products.- Assist in loading and unloading shipments while ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve operational efficiency.- Maintain a clean and organized work environment following sanitation and cleanliness standards.- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.Qualifications:- Previous experience in a food production or warehouse environment, preferably in the dairy industry, is a plus.- Knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures.- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts; certification may be required.- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work efficiently under pressure.- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for long periods.This job description is intended to outline the general responsibilities, requirements, and qualifications for the Clean-In-Place Operator position.
