We are looking for skilled individuals who are passionate about welding and eager to contribute to our production goals. If you have experience with welding setups, can read blueprints, and are proficient in MIG welding, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on various materials while adhering to safety standards.Set up welding equipment and ensure it is properly calibrated for production runs.Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise welds.Conduct quality checks on welds to ensure they meet specifications.Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and goals.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving welding-related issues as they arise. Qualifications Proven experience as a MIG welder with a strong understanding of welding setups.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Willingness to work the 2nd shift and adapt to changing production needs.High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.You should be proficient in:Welding Setups for ProductionBlueprint ReadingMachines & technologies you'll use:MIG Welder
