Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Property/Community HOA Manager to join our team in Dillon, Colorado. This role involves managing property-related tasks, coordinating with the Board of Directors, and ensuring top-tier service to homeowners. In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication and project management skills.Responsibilities: Respond promptly in emergency situations, even outside regular business hours when necessary. Maintain detail-oriented and timely communication with homeowners, vendors, and contractors through various channels such as phone, email, and text messages. Handle multiple tasks, ensuring all projects are completed on time and all deadlines are met. Keep thorough and accurate records for each property under management in compliance with HOA guidelines. Organize and attend Board meetings, annual owner meetings, and other on-property meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes. Collaborate with internal team members, external vendors, contractors, and owners to foster positive relationships and ensure alignment towards common goals. Oversee property improvement and maintenance projects from inception to completion, including defining project scope, obtaining proposals from contractors, and ensuring work is completed on schedule. Understand and review HOA financial reports, assisting in explaining the financial status to the Board and owners and aiding in financial planning and budget management. Develop and manage annual budgets for properties, working with spreadsheets and financial data to ensure accurate budget planning, and monitor expenditures throughout the year. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other software tools and property management programs as needed.Required Experience & Education:At least 2-3 years of experience in property management, ideally with an emphasis in HOA management.Previous experience in managing residential properties is highly preferred.Strong background in project management and financial oversight.High school diploma required; college degree or property management certification preferred Nice to have:Classes/certificates M100/CMCA/CPM (would like someone who is CMCA, or CPM or at least has started and taken class of M100.
