You will also benefit from joining our experienced team at River Mews, a bustling, larger community of 645 apartments and townhomes located nearby in Newport News, VA, allowing you to expand your skills and grow in your role!What Were Looking For: A skilled, driven, and versatile Multi-Property Maintenance Technician who is ready to thrive in a dual-location position, bringing expertise and passion to both communities. This role is perfect for a technician who enjoys variety, is proactive, and can juggle independent work with the benefits of working with a supportive, team-oriented environment. HVAC expertise - experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, including heat pumps General maintenance skills - plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and more Problem-solving mindset - a go-getter who takes initiative Team player - work collaboratively with a passionate, skilled crew Technology savvy - able to use MS Office 365 platforms and have access to their own mobile device An excellent communicator- Be proficient in English; both written and verbal communication skills are required.
