Deposit Ops Representative

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBASIC PURPOSE: Maintenance & keying of all Deposit Applications & Safe Deposit Boxes.PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:As a Deposit Ops Rep, you will be an essential member of the BankFirst Operations team. As such, you will provide support to frontline staff with a variety of deposit related needs, including, but not limited to: Review new accounts for accuracy and completeness Perform maintenance on existing accounts, including:o Address changeso Account information changeso Account messageso Customer information updates/changes Review and process account and customer documentation Provide support to internal personnel Review and check stop payments, AFTs, and holds Key and process daily CD/IRA transactions Review various daily reports Ensure compliance with policies and procedures Performs multiple tasks, duties, and jobs within the department that permits to Deposit OperationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:High school diploma or equivalent. Proficient in Excel & word. Great organizational skills.BankFirst is an EOE- vets/ disabled.
