Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering an opportunity for a Help Desk to join our team in North Billerica, Massachusetts. This role involves a wide range of IT tasks, including system configuration, hardware maintenance, and technical support in a dynamic workplace. This is a short term contract employment opportunity that promises a challenging yet detail oriented experience.Responsibilities: Deploying and setting up laptops and mobile devices Providing one-on-one assistance to employees at multiple locations Configuring and managing Android and Apple devices Utilizing Microsoft and Active Directory tools for system configuration and management Performing hardware maintenance and troubleshooting for Dell laptops and other computer hardware Implementing Citrix Technologies and Cisco Technologies to ensure optimal system performance Handling user inquiries and resolving technical issues promptly Traveling to different locations as required, ensuring seamless IT support across all sites Conducting a final round of system checks and cleanup to ensure all IT systems are functioning efficiently. Proficiency in Android Development, including a strong understanding of its programming environment and tools. Solid knowledge of Cisco Technologies, specifically in network design and troubleshooting. Expertise in Citrix Technologies, with the ability to manage and troubleshoot Citrix servers. Experience with Mac Computers, including troubleshooting and maintenance. Proficiency in Microsoft software, with a particular focus on Office Suite and Windows Server. Familiarity with Active Directory, including user management and access control. Ability to support and troubleshoot Apple Devices, including iPhones, iPads, and Macs. Strong understanding of Computer Hardware, including the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware issues. Experience with Configuration Management, including the deployment and maintenance of software and hardware configurations. Demonstrated ability in Deployments, specifically in planning and executing software and hardware deployments.
