Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAdecco is working with a company in North Andover, MA to bring on a 1st shift Machine Operator!We are seeking a Machine Operator for a manufacturing facility in North Andover, MA. This role involves setting up and operating equipment to convert large rolls of paperboard into sheets, as well as coating and laminating rolls of paperboard with film, foil, or other materials. The goal is to produce high-quality products while maintaining optimal machine speed and efficiency.Job Details:Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PMPay: $20-$25 depending on experience Location: North Andover, MAKey Responsibilities:Operate and set up heavy machinery in a manufacturing environmentEnsure product meets quality standards while maintaining efficient production speedsPerform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as neededMaintain a clean and safe workspaceQualifications:Experience working with heavy machinery, preferably in a manufacturing settingStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailPrinting machine experience is a big plusAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions in EnglishTeam-oriented mindset with a strong work ethicExperience in sheeting, coating, laminating, or a similar industry is a plusMust live within 25 miles of North Andover, MAIf you are a motivated individual with a commitment to quality and teamwork, we encourage you to apply!
