Transportation CAD Designer

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDieffenbauch & Hritz is currently seeking a motivated Transportation CADD Designer to join our growing transportation design team in our Bridgeport, WV office. The qualified individual will work within the transportation design team on a wide range of transportation projects that may include roadway, traffic, drainage and structural design.Job Duties/Responsibilities:Assist in development of preliminary and final drawings, site grading plans, erosion and sediment plans.Aid in the preparation of engineering details and specifications required for permitting and construction.Attend and actively participate in project meetings.Work collaboratively as part of a design team to meet the clients scope, budget, and scheduleQualifications:Associates Degree or certificate in engineering technology or drafting technologyMinimum of two years of experience as a CADD Designer or similar roleProficient with AutoCAD Civil 3DMicrosSation Inroads/OpenRoads is a plus but not requiredExperience with civil design and drafting; proficient in understanding drafting technology and familiar with engineering terminology Company DescriptionEstablished in 2005, Dieffenbauch & Hritz, LLC (D&H) is a consulting firm that provides civil, mechanical and structural engineering, architectural, environmental, survey, remote sensing, and inspection services for its clients; with offices located in Bridgeport and Morgantown, WV, Abingdon, VA and Wilmington, NC.
