This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.Qualifications:- Prior petroleum / gas station experience helpful, but not required.- High school diploma or equivalent.- Proven experience as a General Maintenance Technician or similar role.- Solid knowledge of general maintenance techniques and repair procedures.- Proficient in using hand and power tools.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.Responsibilities:- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance requirements.- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing windows, doors, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC systems.- Repair or replace faulty equipment and parts.- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.- Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment for events and meetings.- Ensure the completion of maintenance activities within designated time frames.- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.- Follow company safety guidelines and protocols.- Collaborate with other team members to ensure optimal maintenance and repair outcomes.- Recommend improvements and upgrades to enhance facility functionality.We are looking for a dedicated individual who is committed to providing high-quality maintenance services.
