Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSenior Contracts Administrator Concord, MA (Hybrid- mix of WFH and On-Site)Relocation Assistance Available$140K - $160KLeading R&D Company in the Defense and Space industry are seeking an experienced full-time Senior Contracts Administrator to become an important part of a rapidly growing team for their Concord, MA office. This position reports to the Contracts Manager and is responsible for cradle-to-grave contract administration of the company's entire contract portfolio to ensure accountability in accordance with applicable company policy and government regulations.Required:Bachelors degree in finance, business or a related specialized area, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in complex Government/DoD contractingTraining and professional certification from National Contract Management Association (NCMA) or other related professional development association is preferredMust demonstrate strong attention to detail, and possess strong written and verbal communication skillsMust demonstrate a strong understanding of the Government competitive proposal processMust demonstrate a strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, Data Rights and Intellectual Property issuesProficient in Microsoft ExcelMust be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security ClearanceResponsibilities:Provide advanced, hands-on administration and management of contracts (proposal submission through contract closeout)Provide hands-on administration and management of subcontracts (proposal submission through contract closeout)Lead the development of cost proposals in response to government and prime contractor requests for proposals requiring advanced skills in MS ExcelSupport the negotiations of contracts with terms and conditions favorable to the companyDraft, review and support negotiations of various other agreements such as Non-disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, License Agreements, etc.Assist program managers with project setups and interpretation and application of contract terms and conditions; and provide them with timely dissemination of contract informationSupport Government property administration, audits, and closeout activitiesInterface with purchasing and supply chain administrators to ensure compliance with prime contract requirements, corporate policies and approved business systemsUnderstand and recommend opportunities and approaches to minimize exposure to contractual risk; and Perform government regulation research and other duties as may be assigned
