Our outpatient physical therapy clinic specializes in Orthopedics and boasts two Tracknam Golf Simulators, a Gears Golf 3D motion capture system, and a 3000 sq ft Gym/Wellness facility.We recently expanded to 5 locations, three offices in Hot Springs and two in Hot Springs Village. We have a strong group of teammates who have bought into our 6 core values. You need a PT license in good standing to practice in the state of Arkansas. We prefer 1-3 years of experience, however, we are willing to mentor those with less experience. We are looking for a full-time professional.ResponsibilitiesEvaluating each patient that is specific to age, illness, injury, and/or disease.TIMELY preparing a written plan of care based on evaluation findings.Supervising the implementation of each plan of care, and coordinating treatment with support staff.Tracking established clinic metrics for both therapist and administrative staff.Being a proactive member of our team bringing proposed solutions to any problems that may arise.Helping foster a professional environment that is friendly and welcoming to everyone.Displaying a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure each patients satisfaction.QualificationsProven working experience as a Physical TherapistExcellent knowledge of physiology best practices and standardsHands-on experience with therapeutic exercises, functional training, and physical modalitiesAbility to communicate and instruct effectivelyHealthcare administration and documentation skillsLicense to practice or relevant certificationCPR Certification (Preferred)Licensed Physical Therapy
