The ideal candidate should possess a clean motor vehicle record, experience working in both indoor and outdoor environments, and the ability to work in all weather conditions. The Warehouse Worker will primarily be responsible for performing various tasks related to the organization, movement, and storage of goods within the warehouse. Attention to detail, physical strength, and the ability to work effectively and efficiently are key characteristics needed for success in this position.Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: In personResponsibilities:Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of goods, ensuring accuracy and quality controlEfficiently document, label, and store inventory according to company guidelinesPerform accurate inventory counts and maintain inventory levels for efficient order fulfillmentPrepare and package products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and secure packagingOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to safely move and store goodsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including sweeping, dusting, and removing debrisAdhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipmentCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet department goals and deadlines Provide assistance with general maintenance and repair tasks as requiredQualifications:Clean motor vehicle recordMinimum of 2-3 years of warehouse experience, preferably in an industrial or large-scale settingAbility to work outdoors and indoors in all weather conditionsCapability to lift and carry objects weighing between 50-75 poundsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasksProven ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departmentsDemonstrated longevity with one employer in previous roles, indicating commitment and reliabilityBenefits:Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance
