Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Description:KMI in Kalida, OH is currently hiring Production Workers for both 1st and 2nd shifts. These positions offer competitive pay and the opportunity to join a dynamic team.Shift Hours:1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AMPay Rates:$16.25 per hour for 1st Shift$16.78 per hour for 2nd ShiftKey Responsibilities:Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.Assemble and package products as per company specifications.Monitor the production process and ensure quality standards are met.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow safety protocols and company guidelines.Assist with other tasks as required by supervisors.Qualifications:No previous experience required, but manufacturing or production experience is a plus.Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment.Good communication skills and reliability.Benefits:Competitive pay based on shift.Full-time, consistent hours.Opportunity for overtime.Great team environment with room for growth.Pay Details: $16.25 to $16.78 per week Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
