Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur manufacturing client is expanding operations and adding a full-time Corporate Finance & Planning Manager to oversee financial planning and lead corporate strategy at their HQ, located just 30 minutes north of McMinnville, TN. Key Responsibilities:Lead corporate planning initiatives, including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and strategy.Managing budget, forecasting financial outcomes, and ensuring that operations are financially sustainable.Operational planning, ensuring that day-to-day operations align with long-term goals, including managing resources, production schedules, and workforce planning.Assessing company performance and improving financial policies, procedures, and reporting.Working with senior management, production teams, and other departments (e.g., HR, sales, and logistics) to ensure cohesive business operations.Identifying potential operational risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.Leading initiatives to improve manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity.Managing general accounting functions (AP, AR, general ledger, taxes), payroll, audits, corporate reporting and more.Develop and manage accounting and finance staff.Ensure accurate year-end closing and reporting with auditors.Qualifications:Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field7+ years of progressive accounting and corporate planning experience within manufacturing industry.3+ years of leadership experienceExpertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial system proficiency.In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and corporate financial controls.Our client offers:Base salary in the 95k-125k rangeComprehensive benefits package that includes health/dental/vision, 401k match, PTO, tuition assistance, and more,Opportunities for growth and advancementThis position is on-site 5 days a week in DeKalb County, TN.
