We are currently seeking candidates for our Winsted, CT Location:Experienced Polisher - Hand Finish -DeburrBenefits from Day One! Traditional first shift Monday - Friday Responsibilities:Deburr and hand finish aerospace components/parts as required by specifications using established procedures, machines and tooling.Ability to use a wide variety of basic deburr and hand finish tools, both electric and pneumatic such as (right angle grinder, orbital sanders and hand finish tools and equipment).Frequently perform work and inspection of precision parts.Perform rework assignments as requiredEnsure all parts paperwork and documentation is completed properlyEnter all data as requiredRequirements:1 -3 years experience in deburr, assembly, Helicoil, Ink stamp or part marking as well as touch up of plated or painted parts Ability to take direction very well and you must get along well with othersOutstanding punctuality and attendance DRT is a dynamic and growing organization that offers competitive compensation and excellent benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; company paid life insurance (all available day one), disability, and (voluntary) life insurances.
