Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Parts AssociateJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Parts Associate to join our team. The role involves creating and processing sales orders for parts, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. You will interact with sales and service technicians as well as other employees. Additionally, you may be trained in the responsibilities of the trafficking specialist to provide back-up support as necessary.Pay:$22-$27/hr Shift:6:30am - 4:30pm Monday -Thursday, 6:30am - 10:30am FridayResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries through phone and email.Process and enter customer orders into the Enterprise Resource Planning system.Purchase parts and maintain adequate inventory.Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports.Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.Process customer parts orders, changes, and returns according to established department policies and procedures.Research and troubleshoot customer difficulties.Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.Build kits and small assemblies.Must have Excel experiencePay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
