Job DescriptionJob DescriptionA top-tier developer is seeking a Senior Superintendent with expertise in managing construction projects for multi-family housing, apartments, hotels, or assisted living facilities. This role involves leading the on-site construction team to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. We are looking for candidates with a strong construction background, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of successful project execution.Company will houseKey Responsibilities:Manage the construction team on site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest level of quality.Schedule trades, and manage week-ahead reportingPreparing and defining the project scope of work, financial plan, goals, and deliverables.Tracking project deliveries using project management tools.Coordinating directly and indirectly with project staff to ensure successful completion of the project - Directing, supervising, supporting, and coordinating the project team members/staff.Communicating with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to establish cordial/effective working relationships.Reporting on project progress and sharing relevant informationQualifications:Multi-Family, Apartments, Hotels, or Assisted Living construction projectsWood Frame Construction, TYPE III, TYPE II, building experience.Project Management experience with an affordable housing developer, General Contractor, or CM firmStrong relationships within the local sub-contractor industryProficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint, Bluebeam, and Procore.Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needsCompany DescriptionSBR is an award-winning Northern California recruiting agency experienced in placing talent for, direct hire builder positions.
