Support the healthcare industry across a wide range of market segments, including catheters, minimally invasive devices, diagnostics, fluid management, and packaging. We are expanding our extrusion lines and looking for dedicated individuals to join our team.ResponsibilitiesOperate extrusion machinery efficiently and safely.Perform mechanical assembly and quality checks.Ensure detailed documentation and reporting.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Work closely with extrusion operators and the maintenance team.Stand on feet for 8+ hours a day.Essential Skills6 months of mechanical skills, including mechanical assembly, quality control, manufacturing, or operating experience.Ability to read and write in English fluently.Reliability and initiative to learn.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Additional Skills & QualificationsEnjoy working with hands and having an eye for detail.Must have reliable transportation.Why Work Here?We encourage employees to bring original ideas to the table and are committed to producing the highest quality products that save lives. You will work closely with the extrusion operators and maintenance team. The role offers both day and night shifts, with a $1.75 differential for night shifts. Employees work 36 hours and get paid for 40.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Putnam, Connecticut.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
