Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processesPerform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtimeInspect finished products for quality and adherence to specificationsFollow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environmentCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlinesMaintain accurate records of production data and equipment maintenanceIdentify and report any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnelAdhere to all company policies and procedures Qualifications Prior experience as an Operator or in a similar role is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentExcellent attention to detail and accuracyBasic computer skillsAbility to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of timeGood communication skills
