Cable Technician/ Low Voltage technician

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur client has been awarded larger projects that will need a specific headcount for each site. Looking to add more structured cable technicians that have experience pulling, terminating, and testing Cat6/Cat6A Cable. This project is in a new construction environment which requires that the technician be familiar with working at a construction-type site and has the ability to work within the confines and timeframes of the other vendors on site such as electricians and HVAC technicians. Candidate must be able to pull, terminate, and test Cat6 cable. The company was started to help businesses fill a void when it came time to integrate their business technology systems. Our client not only helps businesses learn and acquire new technology systems, but they also help to integrate the systems so that they can be used to their fullest capabilities. Our client installs and services business telephone systems, security systems, audio/video solutions, network solutions, and voice/data cabling services. Candidates who are selected benefit from being able to keep their skills sharp and learn new skills in the area of voice and data cabling. due to the consistency of work and the variety of projects, employees are gaining new experiences on a daily basis and advancing their career potential with our client that continues to grow and need new job site foreman and PM's.Work Environment: Their typical project environments consist of, Hospitals, schools, as well as new construction sites and/or existing building environment. Technicians will start by teaming up with a senior guy and receive their daily responsibilities. Job sites are construction environments and require hard hat, safety glasses, work boots, and following all other OSHA regulations.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Professionalism comes first. Ability to take direction, willingness and flexibility to travel to various locations, and eagerness to learn and grow.Top Skills' Details1). Candidates must have 1+ years experience pulling CAT6/CAT6A cable.2).
