As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth, a smile, and a treat to help pets feel at ease while fostering trust in the veterinary team.In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while balancing various responsibilities between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we offer.This position is perfect for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service who are friendly, outgoing, detail-oriented, and excellent at coordinating multiple duties at once.
