Youll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our units for any damage, conduct routine maintenance, and help with turns. If youre looking for a job at a company that really values its employees, reach out to us today!Must live within 30 minutes of Westbrook, Maine for on-call requirement.Must have a valid driver's license.Compensation:$20 - $23 hourlyResponsibilities:Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if neededTake additional maintenance requests as assignedCheck the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as neededDevelop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risksMake records of when any equipment was services and repairs were madeQualifications:2+ years of maintenance experienceFlexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekendsSuperb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills Should be able to demonstrate understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systemsMust be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures About CompanySpear Management Group, Inc. is a boutique Property Management company in the residential housing industry.
