Wage will be discussed at time of interview. Responsibilities:Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as neededHandle additional maintenance tasks as neededPlan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risksRecord when any equipment was serviced and repairs were madePerform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs Qualifications:Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalentStellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethicStrong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and proceduresAvailable to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends About CompanyWe are always looking for team members who connect with our mission of adding life to the years of our residents.
