Join our team at Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County as a Part-Time Youth Development Professional at our Whitney Campus. This role offers the opportunity to inspire youth through mentorship, engaging programs, and consistent support in both morning and afternoon hours.In this dynamic position, you'll help create a safe, welcoming environment where kids can learn, grow, and build the skills they need to thrive. Whether leading a hands-on STEM activity, organizing a group game, or encouraging a young person to keep trying when things get tough, you'll be at the heart of their journey.You'll work closely with a team of caring professionals to plan and deliver fun, enriching, and age-appropriate daily programming.
